Asset Management Independent Financial Advisers Limited, formerly Basset Insurance Brokers Ltd, were originally formed in 1976.

As Independent Financial Advisers, Asset Management work solely for our clients and NOT for any Bank, Building Society, Insurance Company, or Investment House. In this way, we are able to provide totally unbiased advice on all financial matters and are required by law (Financial Services and Markets Act 1986) to provide "best advice", meaning we are required to select the most appropriate products for our clients from all those available in the marketplace.

The business has grown substantially, particularly since becoming incorporated in 1993. In December 1998, the entire information technology systems in place were upgraded to such an extent that we are now able to research the marketplace with far greater speed, therefore offering a more prompt and accurate service to our clients. In addition, we have a fully trained and highly skilled administration team who make every effort to ensure that the support services required to manage our customers' business is friendly, helpful and, above all, efficient.
